Sure, that was the issue; it was fixed after /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.SetPermissions.pl --otrs-user=otrs --otrs-group=www --web-user=wwwrun --web-group=www /opt/otrs (just as how it's done in the RPM spec file itself) But of course if you do an RPM upgrade this should be all automatic. Hi Erik,

it could be that the javascript/css loader mechanism fails on you. Please run  bin/otrs.RebuildConfig.pl and carefully check error messages in your Apache error log, if any.
