Hi All, I\'am trying to use the free text for a ticket, over OTRS with ITSM module installed. But when I go to : http://MYDOMAIN/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketFreeText&TicketID=8 I get the error: Module Kernel::Modules::AgentTicketFreeText not registered in Kernel/Config.pm! Do you know if it is possible to add custom free text fields with an ITSM module installed?
