[otrs] no acces to admin?

Hello, My root account has no link in the top for vistiting the admin interface. Anyone an idea how I can fix it? Is a complete reset an option (I don't care, there is no data in this OTRS system) Thank you very much for the help! Regards, Jochem Geelen
