running the following:
Apache/2.0.50
mod_perl 1.99_12-2.1.i386
i can install otrs which creates a conf file -- /etc/httpd/conf.d/otrs.conf
then when running apachectl start i get the following: [error] Can't locate loadable object for module Apache::Constants in @INC (@INC contains: /opt/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib /opt/otrs/

if i remove the otrs.conf apache2 starts up fine -- so i assume its something to do with this conf file. below is the entire file:

ScriptAlias /otrs/ "/opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/"
Alias /otrs-web/ "/opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/"
# load all otrs modules
Perlrequire /opt/otrs/scripts/apache2-perl-startup.pl
