If I follow your question correctly, the answer is yes. This is the behavior I have seen. You'd would have to edit each ticket assigned to that customer. I would think there may be an automated way of performing this. Paulo Abreu wrote on 6/4/08 12:03
I have just edit client user and after changing user name, the user is not able to track its tickets again. I have to restore username again. Is this a normal behavior?
