Hi all, I am not able to change Service or SLA on existing ticket. Change is saved but ticket fields Service and SLA remain unchanged. I'm on OTRS 2.2.2 and ITSM 1.0.2. Could someone please help me with this problem? Thanks a lot, Regards, Zdenek
