Hi all,
Suppose I have a process defined via Process Management and I want to activate it for some tickets *after* said tickets are created. Is this possible?
Logic:
1. Simple (non-process) ticket is created
2. Agents / customers add articles
3. Agent / customer decides a process must be followed for the current ticket (e.g. approval).
4. PROBLEM: The decider wants to start this process but can't because AFAIK the process must be specified when a ticket is created via "New process ticket"
