<br>i found indeed the problem that rt is not really made for windows, so thats unfortunally no option :(<br><br>I think it is a bit a shame that the html output mail is not included with otrs, it would make it the ideal ticket system :(<br>

</div>Depends on your target, personally I prefer plain text emails, IMHO HTML<br>
should be kept to the browser (but that is an argument for a different<br>
mailing list).<br>

</div>I think Request Tracker can now handle sending HTML emails, but it<br>
doesn&#39;t run well on a Windows platform.<br>
