I just wonder if by seeing only the generic (those included in the
Default.pm) variables that I'm missing out on some others. And since I have
your attention is there a way to designate certain responses based on
priority? For instance, we would like to have a an email sent to a pager
when a P5 (high priority) ticket comes in....
