in one of the mails from yesterday I read
.. It's feature freeze for OTRS 1.1 ..

Does this mean, the 'merge tickets'-feature will not be included in version 1.1? Can not find it in 1.1RC1.

What about a 'Dispatcher' function? Every incomming mail without ticket number in the subject would be sent to a dispatcher queue without assigning a new ticket number to it. The responsible agent for this queue has to tacke care to assign it to an existing ticket (merge) or to create a new ticket.
