Found it, just add a response (or more) in the system Admin tab, and you'll see them.

Kinda funny solution though :)

I have both incoming and outgoing email accounts configured on the system, the incoming is working fine, as well as the outgoing (when creating a new outbound email ticket), and I'm using OTRS 3.0.6.
