Hi, I have installed and configured OTRS. Now I want to know about the availability of following feature: As soon as agent closes the ticket, one internal note is generated and call originator is not getting any mail/message. Is it possible to convert this option of internal note to mail so that it can reach ticket originator as well as the person who has assigned call. Thanks, Prafulla
