So it's unavailable without business action from OTRS AG ?? it's you wanna mean ?
Of course if you can program in perl, you will be able to modify the source code.
OTRS will non-free in future ?
OTRS is, and will remain, free to the public. Just in the case of special developments (not offered as a standard feature) will charges for these services be manditory. :) No fear, our software is not in danger of becoming proprietary.
