[otrs] Share system tickets

Does anyone know how to get two separate systems to share tickets? Company a (system id 10) sends a ticket # 20070510003 to Company b (system id 06) which uses a ticket scheme of 20070506003. and when the ticket arrives to company b it keeps its ticket number from company a?
