When I run ./Cron.sh start OTRS_USE R it gave me No such file or directory.
Please advice .

What do you mean crontab? Is the crontab the same folder below Opt/Otrs/Var/Cron ?
I configured the Generic_Agent_Database:
# start generic agent every 10 minutes */10 * * * * $HOME/bin/otrs.GenericAgent.pl -c db >> /dev/null
And put the Generic_Agent inactive.

So just configuring the file doesn't activate the cron job.
