hello This works for me on windows . Changue file in c:/OTRS/otrs/kernel/config.pm 7.1.2. Via SMTP relay/smarthost OTRS can send emails via SMTP ( Simple Mail Transfer Protocol / RFC 821 (http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc821.txt)). These settings will be needed generally on non-unix platforms (e.g. win32).
