Hello! I've just install otrs in my machine and i'm having problems receveing e-mails...i'm receiveing all them with the tags of HTML, like the example below: <td> <tr> And the mail sent will appear between HTML tags </tr> </td> What i would like to know is if there's any way that i can ajust this or is it impossible?
