In order to get the best performance out of OTRS it needs config changes to Apache and to have mod_perl installed. You would be better off looking for a hosting provider that gives you your own custom linux platform/virtual server (ala slicehost* style) - a simple hosting package would not suffice for hosting OTRS.<br>
