Error in chown 0 0 /opt/otrs/.procmailrc: No such file or directory
This is a small bug that is fixed in the upcoming 2.4.4. You just have to create that file: touch /opt/otrs/.procmailrc Then run the script again and create the other file that will be mentioned. Lars
