Hi all, The ticket bulk action requires subject, text ... even I am just trying to change the status, priority, lock / unlock ... ... otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketBulk;TicketID= ... Is there any way to remove the "mandatory" flag for these fields within the bulk option? I am using 3.0.4 Thanks mb
