I am trying to configure OTRS to print some values in the AgentTicketPrint.pm , but i can't selects these specifics fields, because the ticket's prints is printing wrong , anyone can help me ? thnx -- ----------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------- Matias N.
