The junk queue is just a normal queue, I guess. So tickets and attachments will stay on your system forever. You could very easily create a Generic Agent job that would delete tickets from the Junk queue, for instance after they have been in there for a week.

Hi,
I couldn´t find info wether the corresponding files will be deleted on disk when a ticket is moved to the junk queue and deleted. If that didn´t happen there would be lots of files cluttering up the disk.
Anyone got any information?
Lars
