3) i asked this question before but i think i didn't get a response. It was about the addressbook and how to get data into it. Is this related the customer ldap backend? I connect my OTRS to my customer SQL DB all the address of my customers are listed in a address book. But I think you can add new customers also manuele in the admin area. By adding a customer.
4) Is there a way to sort the tickets to show newest tickets first? Or an other sort options? I don t now.
