When upgrading from OTRS 2.4.x to 2.4.4, you may get an error message in the ticket create or add note screen: "Navigation bar FullSpell is not existing", just empty your web browser cache (e. g. restart your web browser).

It's a browser cache problem. Just restart FF and it will work fine.
