[otrs] Which version to use?

Dear group, Can you tell me which OTRS version I have to download for CentOS and/or FreeBSD? Should I also download additional components/plugins or is that done after I found my way in OTRS itself (practically wise)? Thanks, Jos Chrispijn, OTRS Rookie
