Hi folks,
I've experimented an encoding issue (described below) on my
configuration files.
My Ticket Default State has accented characters and with no
explanation, every new tickets fetched from pop account stopped
being processed and PostMaster.pl fails with "Message: No StateID
for "Créé !"". Any attempt to process manually the failed tickets
fails with same message whereas ticket creation via web interface
keeps working.
I exported Sysconfig via administration interface and noticed that
all accented characters were changed to their UTF8 equivalent such
as "\x{e9}" for é. Any modification of corrupted characters and
uploading a correct sysconfig via administration interface corrupts
as well accented characters.
The only way I solved this issue was editing directly the ZZZAuto.pm
file to uncorrupt my states.
Have any of you ever encountered a similar issues, and if so, did
you found where it comes from ?
My OTRS installation uses OTRS 2.3.3 powered by Fedora Core 6, and
Postgresql 8.1.8
Regards
