Searching for a month already? That is *not* a quick search :D
If you want to change the wording in the GUI the best way to do this
is by using a custom translation file. This way if you update OTRS or
the FAQ module, your changes are still in a separate file and will
survive the upgrade. This process is described in detail here:

Just put in a tag to translate 'QuickSearch', and look in
Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/FAQ.dtl what the tags in the other page
are that you want to translate, and add them in as well.

(top of the right column) I've looked through the .dtl files in otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard but can't find the one that builds it. I'd also like to modify this one: http://shambhala.org/otrs/public.pl?Action=PublicFAQ&Subaction=Search&QuickS... Anyone know where the base files are located? Thanks for your help.
