It’s the user for the LDAP connection that is not working.

Sorry, this is nor right!!! I was watching another issue at the same time ;-)

So, it says “No UserID found for 'vwalsh’!”, but the CN is resolved ok. Can you login to LDAP Server using this credentials? You can try with ldapbrowser.com for instance. The next question is, do you have a User entry in OTRS with that username? If not create it first or use the LDAP -> DB Synchronization Module form OTRS.
