the file is called only unlock and not unlock.dist .
could this maybe the problem?
the entry in the unlock file is the same as you wrote below.

It looks like /opt/otrs/var/cron/unlock.dist is the problem. It should look something like that: 35 * * * * $HOME/bin/UnlockTickets.pl --timeout >> /dev/null -=> Please check the 4 *. Is there one more?
