
Hi OTRS people, First, I am new to the list, so please be kind. [grin] I have tried a couple of different things trying to add a BCC field to the ticket response email page. So far I haven't figured out how to do it. This seems like it should be a simple thing to do, and we really need to be able to send copies to internal people without the client seeing all the additional emails (they tend to want to reply to them all, creating excess traffic). The global BCC doesn't work for us because we have different people needing to be BCCed depending on the content and client. I can see the code in the Sendmail.pm module for handling BCC's, so I assume it can be done, but how? I am a fairly experienced perl programmer, but I am getting lost among the various OTRS modules. If someone could point me in the right direction to get this done, I would be most appreciative. Thanks in advance. - Richard Stockton
