Thanks for the help Robert, I think I did not phraze my first question correctly. When sending out emails they are sent in one font. Is it possible to change that font to some thing else?
OTRS does not send out HTML eMail oob, if that's what you mean. We're sending text/plain messages. hth, Robert Kehl
