[otrs] wrong date for sent-out mails

      Hello *,

I'm running OTRS 1.2.3 on W2K /w MercuryMail; the system is running very 
well for some time now.

Just one flaw: All mails that are being sent out by OTRS appear to have 
the same wrong date: 01.01.1970. The system-time is correct and 
MercuryMail also has the correct date and time in its logs.

Any suggestions?
