Hello, all, question for the group, I have OTRS running in DB storage mode right now for everything articles and attachments because I don't have a redundant solution for the host server. The db is off server so that is in a safe place and has a good bit of storage.

How much of a speed difference is there w/ the db being 1 on server and 2 using fs for storage of articles and attachments?

Also are you using this config and have used the other and seen the change in the speed?

Also what are ppl's load time for say phone ticket after keying in a search for the customer and then also for selecting a queue. I'm seeing about 4 seconds.

I'm also seeing about the same for viewing articals in the ticket.
