hallo Nele,<br><br>What you mean exactly by architecture - Do you refer to the data base underlying OTRS?<br>When I first started using OTRS I remember I found a diagram with the tables used for this application.<br>If that&#39;s what you&#39;re looking for, I can have a look tomorrow when I&#39;m in the office and send you further details.
