Hi,
Is it possible to create something like
that with OTRS :
1 - One customer of the comptability
service send a support request.
2- The director of the comptability
service need to approve the request.
3- If it is Ok, the request is send
to the manager of the support service.
4- If the manager of the support service
is Ok with the request he can affect it to a member of it's team.
Is it possible to create somethink like
that ?
