You are right. I removed it (-=> compat. to OTRS 0.5 and 1.0). -=> In OTRS 1.2 you will have config options for this.
Also I think I found a bug in the Ticket status view. If you sort by Age descending then the most recent ticket is omitted from the results and the 1st ticket is actually the 2nd most recent ticket.
