        Desc   => 'Select your default spelling dictionary.',
        Data   => {

            # installed dict catalog (check your insalled catalogues, e. g. deutsch -=> german!)
            # dict => frontend (ispell)
            #'english' => 'English',
            #'deutsch' => 'Deutsch',
            #'italian' => 'Italian',

            # dict => frontend (aspell)
                        'english' => 'English',
                        'german' => 'Deutsch',
                        'italian' => 'Italian',
        },

Hi Marco,

I don’t see any of the below options (the ones you want me to try uncommenting), in my Config.pm file under \opt\otrs\Kernel

Thanks!

So try to uncomment

            # installed dict catalog (check your insalled catalogues, e. g. deutsch -=> german!)

            # dict => frontend (ispell)

            #'english' => 'English',

            #'deutsch' => 'Deutsch',

            #'italian' => 'Italian',

in Config.pm in $OTRS_HOME/Kernel and restart apache
