Line 9 of Config.pm is FQDN is support.dataforcecrm.com

I re-installed, in my mail server I got support@mail.dataforce1.com I set up pop3 in otrs and on checking using the /PostMasterPOP3 I get the below.
Why does it fail? What do I have to do?
