I have a test installation of OTRS 2.4.7 running on MS Server 2008 and so far I love how powerful and customizable it is. It’s synced to AD to pull our customer data and also MS Exchange for smtp/pop3. The mail accounts work fine but I would like to have it poll the mailboxes every X amount of minutes for new mail and I can’t seem to find any articles that show me how to do this.
