Hello Jay, You just have to remove the auto response for x_Spam queue: Admin > [ Auto Response <-> Queue ] > Queue: x_Spam . It should look like this: "Sorry, no auto responses set!" Also make sure the queue name and 'X-OTRS-Queue' =>> 'x_SPAM', are the same. You said you have a SPAM queue but the rule assigns the message to "x_SPAM" hth, Daniel Wednesday, August 18, 2004, 5:46:16 PM, you wrote: Jay> hi, Jay> i have this rule: Jay> $Self->{'PostMaster::PreFilterModule'}->{'1-x_Spam'} = { Jay> Module => 'Kernel::System::PostMaster::Filter::Match', Jay> Match => { Subject => '^\[spam\].*$', }, Set => { 'X-OTRS-Queue' =>> 'x_SPAM', }, Jay> }; Jay> how do I also tell it not to autorespond if this rule matches?
