Hi, I need some help.
Im using OTRS and I realized that u can reopen a ticket that was already closed. U can open it by sending a mail or using the client or agent interface.
I need to keep the tickets closed for ever. The next state after closed must be closed, I mean none should reopen a ticket. I coudnt find any option using admin privileges, please I need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
