[otrs] KPI Requirement

Hi Apologies if this has been asked before. I need a way of extracting the average time to close a ticket over a set period. So let's say I report on the amount of closed tickets over the past week, I will need to add to that what the average time it took to close those tickets. Is this possible? Thank you Jason
