[otrs] Apache closed connection while updating ITSM

Hello, I was upgrading ITSM (from 3.0.5 to 3.1.5) using AdminPackageManager but Apache closed connection. Afterwards, ITSM appeared upgraded but all its submodules not (ITSM was in 3.1.5, ITSM-Core and others where in 3.0.5). Anyone has any clue as to why it happened and how to prevent it?
