Can you confirm the queue number by running "SELECT * FROM queue" in the SQL Box section in the Admin section of OTRS.

"Junk" all queue ids are sequential and accounted for. (I inherited this partially setup so I'm not too sure what may have occurred prior)

Nope, user ids are sequential, all are present. am using LDAP for authenticating both customers and agents to our domain.

Yes I have several defined for different groups/queues. Email is making it in, but i currently am randomly receiving these errors as output from the cron job. At this point i just want to know if there are emails not making it in when this occurs or if there is any logging happening(or that can be turned on) for each piece of mail coming in and whether it made it in or not. if i could even figure out which email is causing it then i'd have more to go on...

I can't push otrs into production if it's going to miss emails.

Thanks,
Calvin

Hi Calvin,

Have you configured the  mail id  in  admin area ->System -> Email Address. If not define there and check it again.

Any idea what this is? Does this indicate that mail is not making it into the ticketing system?
