In my honest opinion whoever likes playing with php is able to read, understand and change what I wrote, on the basis of his own needs. So I post my pages. I post it now and not later because I am going to add to the code some software specific rows giving me the opportunity to include this package into a bigger opensource project code: Moodle. In order to use my code, move the attached folder to a php web space and visit the OTRS_mail.php page. My work is done by ONLY ONE PAGE: OTRS_mail.php All the other files are support files to the main one: OTRS_mail.php If you find problems or need support or have something to improve it, don't hesitate to send your message in the forum.
