Does somebody know what exactly is meant by "Reduced reloads by using AJAX technology"?
I just clicked around on the demo site. It appears that all events in the ticket are loaded at once in the ticket zoon. If you click on the events they display immediately. In old OTRS it had to reload for each event you wanted to view. -- Lars
