RedHat is a commercial linux, you need to purchase it through <a href="http://www.redhat.com" target="_blank">www.redhat.com</a><br><br>Fedora is a &quot;free&quot; version of RedHat but is generally not as stable/enterprise ready.<br>


CentOS is a linux built from the source RPMs of Redhat so is generally compatible with RedHat systems.<br><br>Neither of the above come with OTRS ready to run.<br><br>Shawn answered in a previous thread to try turnkey linux or <a href="http://jumpbox.com" target="_blank">jumpbox.com</a> - but neither of those are free either. If you want it for free you have to build it yourself.<br>
