[otrs] Otrs 2.0.4 reply and or reply all

Hello, is it possible to change the reply to a reply all?, because we have the following problem: Otrs behaviour if I click on empty answer. TO = FROM CC = CC - MYADDRESS We need this behaviour: TO = FROM CC = TO + CC - MYADDRESS Is that possible? Because we get often emails with more persons on the "TO" line, and when we answer on this, only one person got the message. With kind regards Sebastian Hofmann
