[otrs] Email in HTML format

Hi, A lot of our users are using email in HTML format.So some details in mails are not displayed correclty to agents.eg. tables containing data .Emails containing tables are not displayed correctly.Iam using OTRS version 2.2.2 for windows.Can anyone help me in solving this problem.Advance thanks for help.
