[otrs] OTRS 3.08 Win version pop3 mail does not automatically fetch

Hi, We have been using otrs 2.4 and migrated to clean install 3.08 last week. When I used the web installer and finished the configuration, pop3 mails does not get automatically fetched. (pop3 mail goes to selected queue). I checked the crond jobs but couldn't find anything wrong. Is there anyone who faced with the same issue? Devrim
